Sizes range from 1,008 square feet to 3,184 square, and each home has an attached two or three car garage. Lawns are small, and areas between homes have Xeriscaping (cacti, small bushes and decorative rocks). Golf course, desert and/or mountain views are standard. A resort-style pool awaits outside, along with a dog park, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and bocce ball courts.
